Affluent Investor Event Information

Congratulations on pursuing your interest in the Affluent Investor Event in Las Vegas, Nevada.  If you’re qualified to attend and you receive an invitation, rest assured that this event will prove to be a pivotal moment in your financial future.

Here are some commonly asked questions about this event that we believe you’ll find helpful:

What Is The Affluent Investor Event?

The Affluent Investor Event (AIE) is a an exclusive, invitation-only small-group meeting of affluent investors from across the United States.  There are always fewer than 20 attendees, and sometimes (depending on the nature of specific clients), we invite as few as 3-5 attendees. Each attendee is serious about the potential of significant cash flow from real estate investment, and each attendee is prepared to take action in that direction as they deem best for their own situation.

The best way to understand AIE is to contrast it with “seminars” and “conferences”.  For example, if one attends a real estate seminar, you know that you’ll be subjected to various lectures and presentations, many of which have the goal of selling you the latest home study course, coaching program, etc.  The end result is that you might have more knowledge about the process of real estate investments, but you’ll be no closer to actually experiencing tangible, accountable financial results.
That’s no good.  That’s not what affluent investors want.  That’s why…

AIE is very different.  AIE is all about uniting you with the precise people you need to know to make profitable transactions happen right away.  AIE is totally different from “seminars” and “conferences” for several reasons:

1.      Without exception, all AIE attendees are already affluent.  (In fact, all AIE attendees are required to financially qualify before they are invited to attend the event.)  Nobody at AIE is looking for their first “big break”, and everyone at AIE is already acquainted with financial success.  This leads to an extraordinarily high level of “quality people” who attend this event, leading directly to an extraordinary atmosphere.  As a result, all attendees are able to gain an incredible amount of value from each other because each attendee has a common goal:  To discover how they can safely, securely and immediately grow the wealth that they have worked so hard to accumulate.

2.      AIE exposes attendees to the exact people who can help you see instant results as a real estate investor.  AIE is not about teaching you how to “go out and find deals”.  While you will be educated on the process that our professional teams follow to identify, evaluate and implement great transactions on your behalf, you will not be burdened with the need to become an expert in real estate investments before experiencing your first profitable transaction.  Instead, AIE unites you with people who can make sure you get placed in the right transactions, right away.  In our experience, affluent investors are highly likely to recognize the value of having an extraordinary team working on their behalf that frees them from the necessity of being an expert in every facet of their investments.  This is the purpose of AIE:  To connect you with the people who can make your real estate investment objectives happen right away.

3.      AIE is an intensive professional event, with a significant personal element to it as well.  AIE attendees have the opportunity to meet and get to know every professional to whom they are introduced during the time spent at AIE.  You will not be placed in a lecture hall, only to have the “expert” disappear immediately after the lecture with no chance of personal questioning.  To the contrary, you will be allowed and encouraged to aggressively “pick the brains” of the real estate analysts, brokers, tax lawyers, CPA’s, legal structuring lawyers, bankers and other professionals to whom you’ll be introduced at AIE.  In fact, they’ll spend time with you personally, take you to meals and generally be available for your needs.  We believe we’ve assembled the finest team in the country for helping affluent investors reach their real estate investment goals.  And you will agree with that more with every moment you spend with any member of our team.

4.      There is no “cost” to attending the AIE event.  In fact, once you arrive in Las Vegas, virtually everything else is covered at our expense.  We’ll send a limo to pick you up at the airport.  You’ll be transported to one of the fabulous high-end resort hotels on the strip in Las Vegas.  We’ll treat you to virtually every meal you need, and will take great care of you the entire time.  We’ll spend time with you, and make sure that every single question you have is answered.  However, the fact that there is no cost to attend does not mean that there are no requirements.  Please see below for more details.

When and Where Is The Affluent Investor Event?

AIE will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada on Sunday, February 6 through Tuesday, February 8.  We’ll meet for dinner on Sunday at 6:00 PM, then you’ll be free to enjoy Las Vegas for the evening.  We’ll reconvene on Monday morning for a great session during the day on Monday that will wrap up around 5:00 PM.  We’ll meet back together at 6:30 PM for dinner, and there will be an additional session on Tuesday morning that will conclude by noon.

What Are The Requirements To Attend AIE?

As the name implies, AIE is for affluent investors only.  Attendance is by invitation only, subject to an interview.  You must have a minimum of $100,000 in liquid investment capital available before you’ll be invited to attend AIE.  And you must bring a certified check for $25,000 with you to Las Vegas.

You must also commit to keeping the information and resources you’re introduced to while at AIE to yourself.  This is done through a non-disclosure document that each attendee is required to sign.

Why Do I Need To Bring A Certified Check For $25,000?

There are two reasons:

§  This is an event for affluent investors only.  Affluent investors can afford to do this.  Non-affluent investors can not.  It’s really that simple.  We find that people who resist this requirement are not good matches for AIE.

§  You might choose to put that money to work for yourself while at AIE.  If you choose to attend AIE and decide not to put your money to work, you’ll be the first AIE attendee to have made that decision!  But the certified check is your money, to remain in your possession, unless and until you choose to put it to work for your own benefit.

Note that you do not have to turn over your certified check to us when you arrive.  You have the option of attending AIE and not putting your money to work in any way, thus allowing you to keep your $25,000 and enjoy a trip to Las Vegas at our expense.  But you do have to bring and show a certified check for $25,000 to the event to be allowed entry.  This is not optional or negotiable.

At What Hotel Will I Be Placed During My Stay In Las Vegas?

You’ll be placed at one of finest hotels on the strip such as Mandalay Bay, Wynn, Venetian, Bellagio, etc.  Rest assured that you’ll find the accommodations completely suitable for the occasion.  The specifics of your reservation will be provided to you when you provide us with your flight information.  We’ll send a limo to the airport to pick you up at your scheduled arrival time (and will provide a return trip to you as well).  But it’s imperative that you provide your flight reservation information to us (airline name; departing flight # and date; returning flight number and date).  Your reservation to attend AIE is not complete until we have this information.

Who Is ‘Behind’ The Affluent Investor Event?

That’s an excellent question.  The company “immediately” behind AIE is called d’Anconia Rearden LLC Affluent Client Series (what a mouthful!).  I (Bryan Ellis) was asked to be a part of this organization because of my reach and reputation in the real estate investment industry.  But the truth is that d’Anconia Rearden LLC Affluent Client Series is just the “gateway” or “facilitator” for the Affluent Investor Event.  The real stars of the show are the experts who provide all of the services  to the attendees at AIE (see below).

Who Will I Meet At AIE?

You’ll meet an impressive array of professionals who are vital to your holistic success as a real estate investor, including:

§  real estate market analyst of the first order, who spends nearly all of his time analyzing the technical and fundamental underpinnings of real estate markets and specific properties, and who is primary and instrumental in selecting the specific investment properties that are presented to his clientele of affluent investors.

§  real estate broker who works only with affluent investors, and who specializes in helping his clients acquire large numbers of properties for their portfolios (sometimes one at the time, and sometimes in bulk).

§  CPA/tax strategist who will show you a tax-code approved method for creating huge first-year tax deductions for every property you purchase.  (Example:  Many people are able to achieve a direct tax reduction of approximately 7-8% of the total value of their propertyimmediately!)  You’ll want to pay attention – this advantage alone has totally transformed the thinking of many affluent investors.

§  legal structuring attorney who is nationally known for applying bullet-proof legal protection strategies to real estate investors and business people.  When Donald Trump needed an expert on asset protection, this is the guy he called.

§  banker who has significant experience in getting financing for investors who acquire multiple properties at a time.  You’ll be impressed with what this person can do.

§  tax attorney who has special expertise in retirement plan investing.  If you have funds in your retirement account (whether it’s self-directed or not) and you’d like to use those funds for real estate investing, this man can make it happen.  Bonus:  If you have a “traditional” IRA or traditional 401k and would like to convert it to its Roth equivalent, this expert can show you how to make that transitionwithout incurring income taxes that you’d normally have to pay for such a change.  For large accounts, this can save hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Nearly all of these people will be at AIE for the entire event.  You’ll be welcomed to speak with them, pick their brains, and take advantage of their expertise.  We believe you’re not going to find a better team of people to help you get every advantage out of the real estate business anywhere else in the world.

I’m Interested In AIE, But I’ve Never Invested In Real Estate Before.  Will This Work For Me?

Yes, by all means.  In fact, most of the affluent investors with whom I’ve had the privilege of working are certainly not experts in real estate, and a majority have never invested in real estate before.  AIE attendees are affluent usually because they’ve been very successful in some fieldother than real estate, but they have a gut-level instinct about the opportunities that exist in today’s market.  It is not necessary for you to have real estate experience.  In fact, that’s the purpose of the introductions we’ll make for you at AIE:  You’ll have a team on your side that is supremely well suited to serve as your personal real estate expert team!

I Have The $100,000+ That You Require For Qualification,
But It’s Tied Up In A Retirement Plan.  Am I Qualified?

If your retirement plan assets are liquid, then yes, you qualify.
